NTT: Uniform
Internal Survey System
Hello There, it’s Basya here! I would like to tell you about the project that I’ve done while I was working on NTT (Emerio) as a UI Designer. Uni-Form: Survey System was created by my Research and Development Team for practice project purposes. It was made for internal-only to help the Marketing team to collect or create a survey about any upcoming event that currently happening in Emerio ( NTT Ltd. ). The Survey System's purpose is to make a question for the people they assign to fill in the answer and turn it to the dashboard of the survey. The team that was in charge of this project is the Batch 3 team, which includes a bunch of fresh graduates that still learning.

A. How Do We Made This We brainstormed on the look and feel of the Survey System site. Our team wanted the user experience to be very immersive and interactive with fun moments of discovery yet familiar. We learned about the Google Form process and researched the user interactive web approaches and usability. We didn’t have time to map out the architecture of the site and straight out just began with a High fidelity sketching since it was for practice. Since it was my first time ever project, I haven’t created this in the right process. All of the process was basically by brainstorming, creating UI by requirements (Verbally), and benchmarking Google Form.
E. UI Elements #40405F #41CE93 #F5A623 #FFFFFF These colors are selected by the Uniform Logo color, which was made by my Sr. UI UX Designer. The Green represents trust, by using the Survey System user can trust us by saving all the data that they have created and gathered. White is pretty much the fundamental of the color as a base page (Starting fresh), The Orange represents social and invitation which is what this form is all about, and lastly, the dark blue magenta neutralized all the bright colors. Well, I think that’s all that I can show you about this project called Uni-Form: Survey System, My very-first project that let me learn so much and experience what it’s like to be a UI/X Designer. Definitely not perfect, but there’s always a next time and more knowledge to discover.
