BCA Revamp

In this Chapter, we decided to redesign M-Banking BCA. We also apply the Scrum method and Sprint Planning as our guideline of work for 2 weeks, We also created a business model canvas, user persona, define, design, prototype, and usability testing using tools such as; Figma, Trello, Jamboard, Google Meet, and Maze. We choose to redesign BCA M-Banking because most of the people in Indonesia used it and it's quite commonly used as a means of income. The pain point that we highlighted would be The outdated UI, manual way of sharing transfer-proof, limited time to check out transaction history, and a long way to add a new account/delete the old account that is no longer used.
